16 September 1942 GPW 

This 1942 GPW is very original due to the owner who restored it because he used as much of the original jeep as possible so that it shows its age but still looks great. The floor looks to be all original but pitted the top hats are either original or have been repaired or replaced. It drives very well with soft suspension and it even sits up at the front which is rare. The drive train is great the engine is nice and smooth and the gearbox works as i should with the syncro on 2nd/3rd. It is one of the best jeeps we have driven. It has got its original brass data plates and it also comes with a wire cutter and canvas top. The brakes could do with looking at as we think some of the wheel cylinders are seized.
